Shipping Policy — Strut & Style
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Warehouse & Fulfillment Most orders ship from our location in Mableton, GA. Select items in our New Arrivals collection are fulfilled and shipped directly by our fulfillment partner, Trendsi, from their warehouse facilities. In either case, your order is handled with care and ships within our standard processing window.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:
- Standard shipping: $6.00
- Bundle orders: $8.00
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $35
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Items fulfilled by our partner Trendsi may take an additional 2–5 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jamia@strutandstyle.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
